Local Pickup Order Policy
📦 Local Pickup Policy
By selecting Local Pickup at checkout, you agree to the following:
- Pickup Responsibility: You (or your authorized representative) are responsible for picking up your order from our store location.
- Pickup Notification: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Pickup Window: Orders must be picked up within 7 days of the “ready for pickup” notification.
- Failure to Pick Up: Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be considered abandoned and fulfilled. No refunds or chargebacks will be honored for uncollected orders.
- Proof of Pickup: A signature, order confirmation, and/or identification may be required at pickup. Completion of pickup confirms that the order has been received.
- No Shipping for Pickup Orders: Orders placed for local pickup will not be shipped under any circumstances.
